As stated in my previous blog 90% of the diseases are Psychosomatic (originating from stress and unhealthy thought process) in nature. It is of utmost importance that we should learn how to cope up with our thoughts and handle them for the least minimum effect on our body.
Some easy ways to unload that stress and revive positive thoughts:
- Pamper yourself on regular basis with aromatherapy or massages
- Develop a hobby
- Spend time with loved ones
- Deep breathing
- Follow a healthy routine
- Regular physical exercises like gyming or yoga
- Meditate
- Maintain healthy habits
- Eat a balanced diet
